Gateway Event Center offers various meeting spaces, an event center that can hold up to 400 guests, and a beautiful lounge area. Enjoy free parking, a versatile arrangement of layout options, gorgeous surroundings, and easy-to-use technology. 

Conveniently located near Exit 204 off I-69 at 106th Street and Kincaid Drive in Fishers, IN.

Notice: We will no longer be hosting weekend or private events . However, current rental agreements will still be honored.

All rentals include: 

  • Room set up and tear down
  • Pre-function space for registration (By request)
  • Option to bring in outside licensed and insured caterers and bartender
  • Wi-Fi throughout the building
  • Restrooms near each meeting space
  • Access to water coolers

  • Free on-site parking
  • On-site coordinator during your event
  • Standing 8.5″ by 11″ signage

Available as a half and full area rental space.

  • Includes AV equipment, mics, built-in sound system, projector and screens, signage and a social area outside the event center with access to two monitors
  • Expansive windows offer natural lighting and shading capabilities 
  • In-room temperature control 
  • Three focus booths for individual and small group break-away space 


HALF ROOM: Capacity: 200
Mon – Fri: $1,500/full day; $1000/half day 
Sat: $2,000/full day; $1,250/half day 

FULL ROOM: Capacity: 400
Mon – Fri: $2,500/full day; $1,500/half day
